We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Project and Client Relations Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with new clients through networking and market research.
- Communicate with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong relationships.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, including consultations and project briefings.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and drive engagement.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Use project tracking systems to monitor progress and deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and financial tracking with attention to detail.
- Improve business processes to enhance efficiency.
- Review deliverables to ensure they meet our high standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience in project management and client relations.
